Happy Landings Marina is a brand-new, full-service marina facility located on North Roosevelt Boulevard in Key West, Florida, offering 75 wet slips and the unique feature of publicly-accessible in-slip boat lifts. With water and electric hookups, pump-out service, 24/7 secure access, and direct Gulf-and-Atlantic boating from Fleming Key Cut, this marina is designed for powerboat and sport-fishing enthusiasts seeking convenience, secure storage and quick on-water access. Isn’t it shallow over there?
Yes, it is, and that’s why we only invite boats with drafts of 3 feet or less to the marina. The approach channel … measures approximately 3.5 feet at mean low tide.
When will Happy Landings Marina construction be fully completed?
Our marina is fully complete with 75 slips, all utilities, and 31 operational in-slip boat lifts. Our uplands building is expected to be completed by 2026.
How does leasing work?
To inquire about long-term leasing a slip at the marina, please fill out the inquiry form. Once we have your information, we will communicate with you via email and phone about slip availability.
What is the security like at the marina?
The marina has comprehensive security measures in place, including gated access and video surveillance monitored with artificial intelligence and by humans. Ensuring the safety of you and your boat is our top priority.
What type of utilities are available on the docks?
Each slip has access to 30-amp electrical service and a freshwater spigot for your convenience. We also have a sewage pumpout station located near the entrance of the docks.
Can I keep my trailer at the property?
Trailers are not allowed to be kept at the property, and we do not have a boat ramp available. However, the City Marina at Garrison Bight (0.6 miles away) has a boat ramp and limited trailer storage.
Does the marina allow liveaboards?
No, we are not equipped to accommodate live-aboard vessels registered as a primary residence.
